      Pros

      People seem to really care here. I had a family member die just after I got hired a couple of years ago, and GPI really made me feel a part of a family with their condolences and support. People still check in on me.

      Cons

      Outdated systems, processes, management thinking. It's catching up, but really can slow things down. On the other hand, if you're bag is improvement, there are so many opportunities here to shine!

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
