      Great benefits, excellent plant leadership, always trying to make improvements in a very tough environment.

      Cons

      Employees are great people, some have lost the "I care" attitude but, management is slowly making changes to move out those who choose not to change to a positive attitude.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
