      Good pay and good benefits. Good place if you make it past the cliques

      Cons

      It’s hard to break into the cliques that have been formed over years of people working together. If you’re new you’re treated like an outsider and you don’t matter as much even after a year.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
