      Good people work at this company, and I have seen several move up in the ranks. In general, it is a positive, friendly and productive work environment. Free coffee is a plus, too.

      The on-boarding and training process could improve.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
