      It was a busy place to work. Every one for the most part was mature and professional.

      Cons

      12 hour shift 6 days a week. There was not a lot of time for self or family.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
