Hard,heavy work , no windows, 35-40 degree heat. No overtime rate, shift rate not enough . Below Minimum wage without shift allowance . Bullying management /shift leaders. Used to be great place , good wages . Now all good people leaving for more monies, like a prison . Too many managers .
