      training, stable company, decent office

      Cons

      Salary is not close to being competitive , immense technical debt on very outdated technology, management is not highly skilled to manage its teams, company would rather pay contractors overseas that hire internally, work life balance is not balanced.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
