Pros
Great opportunity to work a LOT of overtime. Great pay If you can stick it out and don’t mind working hard as a helper for a year or two.
Cons
The overtime never ends. There is no work life balance. Mandatory 60 hour work week most of the time which means 12 hours a day five days a week usually with split days off. Ten minute breaks every two hours. You don’t get a longer lunch period so eat fast.
