      Good pay. Reasonable benefits. A lot of highly skilled, excellent hourly employees

      Terrible culture of disrespect, abuse and high handedness. Absolutely no consideration for hourly employee needs. Management gets very vindictive if you question them about anything. Unbearable amount of forced OT

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
