      Pros

      The pay is good, the people working with are good, sometimes free lunches or steak dinners, days off are good in between shifts

      Cons

      Very hot during the summers, management only care about numbers, swing shift, short handed most of the time rarely have full crews then they complain when work doesn't get done.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
