      Not much to say,it's a job.

      Cons

      Too many weekends,management doesn't care about people,unfair attendance point system.Managers only care about advancement and don't care who they hurt in the process,benefits getting worse as time goes on based on corporate greed and no compassion for their employees.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
