      Pros

      Lots of overtime. Can't think of anything else so I'm just filling this out to meet the 20 word minimum review.

      Cons

      Everything else sucks. No air conditioning, they put up 36" fans to cool you down but all they do is blow hot air from the ceiling down on you. During the summer expect temps to get up around 110. Upper management is a complete cluster.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
