      Excellent pay and benefits packages. Some opportunity for advancement within the company. The corporation truly walks the talk with it values and global mission. A plant manager who genuinely cares.

      Cons

      Like many other workplaces, the departmental and interoffice discord can go unchecked, affecting morale at times.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
