      Pros

      Nice wages good employees. Learned almost all machines in the Co and got to work with very knowledgeable people. Very safety minded and will to give the best care for there employees.

      Cons

      Too much over time and no family time. This is not good for a family and not knowing if you work each weekend Sat and Sun takes a toll on you

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
