      The job provides steady work. The people in the corporate office are a good group, and everyone gets along well. Healthcare options are competitive.

      Cons

      The cubical farm works well for some professions, but not all. The work environment isn't conducive for designers, and other creatives. It is hard to get management to implement positive changes.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
