Long hours. Never knowing when your shift will change and never given a reason. Management has been changed multiple times over the years. Employees are forced to work sometimes 30 days straight with no days off. Equipment is not maintained, but employees are told to operate them at higher speeds, and then once all else fails, management is beaten into submission and forced out for not hitting goals.
