      There are some great people working at this company, that are not related. The product is good and the customers are mostly favorable.

      Cons

      The owner is really bat $h!t crazy!!! The husband knows product and knows the business, but folds like a deck of cards when he argues with the crazy owner. The princess daughter can do nothing wrong, yet she has zero experience and knowledge.

      - Above Average Entry Level Salary - Small company, work directly alongside the owner. - Diverse Customer Portfolio - Fast Paced Work Environment - Extensive Product Line in a Niche Market - Products can be used in a wide variety of applications, which makes every day unique. - Espresso Machine in Break Room

      Cons

      - Expectations Rarely Defined - At times, organizational goals took a back seat to the emotions of the moment. - Owner has a tendency to personally attack, rather than professionally address, problems. - Without mid-level management, rolls and goals become muddled. - No benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc)

      The pay is really great

      Cons

      Boss has mood swings and talks about everyone back when they leave the company. She will dock your pay for doing something wrong. She screams really loud and brings you down. She will favor new people but then will show her true colors after a year. Don't work here. No growth opportunities or benefits
