Pros

Pays well based on demand but treats employees as purely employee id's and business generating machines and so Not employer friendly.

Cons

Only few people run the company and are focussed only revenue and profit and everyone has Thier own interpretation of company policy. Will try to get as much money from employee on Thier notice period and any bond. Most of the Glassdoor reviews written by employees with HR insistence. Lots of work pressure, less stability.I have worked in 4 companies but this is worst. Avoid it.

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate the time you've taken to review our company. We are denying your comments completely, based on the following facts; Vide this platform, we have already provided the clear & transparent explanation on the notice period & Bond. However for reference again; Bond- At First, we would like to clarify that there is no concept of bond at Graphene. It is a Surety agreement between Employee and Employer. As part of our hiring process for Freshers yes, we do inform candidates during the interview process that we expect their continuity for the minimum period agreed. The reason is; We are a growing organization and committed to provide the opportunities to Freshers. As part of the curriculum, on hiring the Freshers, we provide the extensive training to them to meet the Industry expectations and the client requirements. Also, our senior folks will spend majority of the time to bring them up to speed. It is a mutual consent between Employee and Employer and we nowhere force any one to join us if they are not interested. Our intention is only to ensure the continuity, referring to the efforts/support extended during their training. Regarding Notice Period- As an organisation, we want all our employees shall serve the notice period without fail. As a services firm, we need to ensure the employee continuity and replacements to ensure that customer objectives are not getting affected. Also, every organisation will have defined exit policy referring to fact that employees are dealing with Customer Assets, IP and Confidential information. In this process we expect employees to respect the process and complete the exit formalities. If anyone fails to comply with the policy, notice period recovery shall come in to the picture. This is a process, every company will follow. Regarding your allegation, Most of the Glassdoor reviews written by employees with HR insistence. We never insist employees to write the reviews. We request employees to share their experience with Graphene , being this certainly helps the new prospects, to explore Graphene as their career option. We never intend people what they need to write that is up to their prerogative. Glassdoor only provided the option of sending request employees to seek their feedback. How this is wrong, we did not understand. However, we welcome people to provide their structured and genuine feedback rather than showing their emotions on the recognized forums like Glassdoor. This will enable us to review & evaluate the existing policies and practices followed in our organization. Once again thanks for your feedback. Also, we continue with our efforts to make Graphene a great place to work.

Pros

there are no pros in this company. i joined because i was not aware of their business.

Cons

There no transparency in company. Many fake promises of salary hike. They even dont remember their own promises. No sign of professionalism in company. Untill you are onsite, they respect you otherwise they dont give a damn about you. also they have business of selling experience letter of their own employee by asking 4-5 lacks (which they may not have even paid to that employee). I recommend you not to join this company.

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate the time you've taken to review our company. We are denying your comments completely, based on the following facts; 1. We are a company who religiously do the Performance Review/Increments on completion of 1 year service with Graphene. 2. Also, we are a growing organisation having 550 employees across the world and working with almost 40+ fortune 500 clients. You let us know, how practical is that to involve money in the exit practices unless if it is a notice period recovery. This case will arise when only someone is not adhered to notice period terms. 3. We are an organisation, followed by the policies and processes. Yes, to establish good practices, we have to follow these without fail. If you quote this is not professionalism, we are leaving this up to your discretion. If we are not professional, how we can be an engaged employer in Glassdoor where we are open for the feedback and suggestions. Your review is more of intentional to blame the company. Hence only, We welcome people to provide their structured and genuine feedback rather than showing their anger/emotions on the recognized forums like Glassdoor. We at Graphene are always open to a constructive feedback. This will enable us to review & evaluate the existing policies and practices followed in our organization. However, thanks for your feedback. Also, we continue with our efforts to make Graphene a great place to work.
