While there is not necessarily a lot of detail to respond to, this is obviously not the impression of Graphcore that we would want you to have. We work hard to make Graphcore an open and transparent workplace where strategy and progress is shared with everyone. We believe that there is a bright future for the company and its employees – Graphcore remains the leading challenger in the exciting AI compute space. We have invested heavily in supporting managers (even throughout the pandemic) in the development of leadership skills and put in place processes where colleagues can regularly give feedback on their managers, as well as evaluating their own performance.
