Pros

Good money if you work 65+ hours a week

Cons

On call 8am-8pm 24/6 driving all across NJ for appointments with under 2 hour notice with no reimbursement for tolls or gas. 80% turnover rate and only 1/12 reps are hitting quota. No base pay and you don’t start making commission until 2.5 months in. Losing more money day by day

Excellent and compassionate Vice President. Company is energetic and actually cares about the human behind the position, not just the number. Dedicated group of individuals who are committed to competing and winning in the toughest marketing and sales corridor (NY/NJ/PA, tri-state area to me!) in the United States, in any industry. NOTE: Award winner of the month for D2D Marketing, November 2025.

Cons

Company is growing fast having been around since 2020; if you're looking to join a business that wants to win, join here, but be prepared for the challenges as well as the benefits.
