you don't know when Management Cones to you and Say : Hi, We are firing you and your notice period starts from today. One More thing: if you are on notice period, your half day leave(obviously, you will have to take for interview) ,Then you half day Leave will be treated as Full day and full day will be treated as two day leave. It means if management tell you .. we are firing you and you are on notice period from now.. Don't expect that month Salary(as you will have to take leave and it will be counted Twice). Management will treat you like A Slave and don't be surprise if you hear some "GALI - GALOCH" by Management. Here Management refer only owner: So technically there is no management.
