      There are no pros unfortunately

      Cons

      Shambolic company - run badly by a bunch of small minded people who wouldn’t be able to get a job anywhere else. No training or support given to stores and an all round horrible culture - low pay and no benefits.

      non-contract hours can be unreliable, benefits are expensive, and not that great.
