Probably good for employees who are waiting to retire or have no future goals

Laidback and messy culture; Lack of proper SOP and alot of manual work. No career progression. Very high turnover rate. Management is deceptive and tends to deceive and disrespect newer employees.

Good weekly pay and a great work environment.

Long hours and weekends either than that it is a decent place to work.
