Nice environment and great people and free food. I loved the flexibility of working from home and not really having to work. I was worried about getting caught on zoom doing things but no problems

Cons

None great place. I would go back

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the environment, the people, and the flexibility of working from home. It’s great to know that you felt comfortable in the role. We also appreciate your suggestion about having fewer meetings—it's something we'll definitely keep in mind as we work to ensure our employees have the time and space they need to be successful. Thanks again, and we’d love to have you back anytime!

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
