- upper management is about as old school as it gets. Absolutely no change to any operations. Promotions and movement in the company is an absolute joke. It's almost like your bosses are trying to keep you at the lowest level possible.
- compensation is comical. for people looking for a job here, just know you can look on any job site (LinkedIN, indeed, etc) and find better paying jobs that are way better for you and your work life. I started at 50k and after 2 years my raise was about 4%.... absolute JOKE
- it is quite literally an advanced call center. You are sitting at your desk replying to emails and picking up customer calls all day. (usually 2-5 a day... at the least). There is no culture or work environment benefit as the office is about as dull and sad as it comes.
- the work is harder than what you're getting out of the company. They might trick the employees and bring food trucks or dessert on a Friday to ease the pain... but just know the job is not worth what you're getting paid for... like i mentioned above, you can easily find a better job if you just use your eyes
- They might mention that this job is 'hybrid'. Lets just say if you work remotely one day a week... if you try and work from home/remotely another day after that, you will be written up or forced to take PTO, no matter what the scenario is.
Seriously, run away from this company. People use it to get experience but it is never worth your time unless you live with a caretaker and your bills are at a minimum.
