Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you recognize the potential for strong commission, though we understand that the process can be challenging. We are continually working to provide the resources and support necessary to help our team succeed and maximize their earning potential. As for working with third-party providers, we appreciate your input on this aspect. Partnering with external providers is sometimes necessary to ensure we can deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients. However, we are always open to finding ways to streamline processes and improve communication for a more seamless experience. If you have any additional insights or suggestions, we’d love to hear from you directly. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to create a more rewarding work environment.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
