Pros

There literally are none the growth people keep claiming is small amounts of money maybe 1-3k total per raise and there are only two steps to move to. So if you like maxing out at 45k be my guest and also people saying "this is a stepping stone"...to what? You are not learning any skills to take to another company this is not making you more marketable if anything it is wasting time that you could be learning valuable skills right after college.

Cons

All the sales managers up to the CEO are absolute jokes and just lie to you about making money there. There have every pep talk in the book about people making money but at the end of the day people are only making money off of existing accounts that they have had for years this new business they talk about isn't true so if you think you are going to be getting rich like they tell you then you're wrong. I have never seen morale at a company be so bad almost suicidal. People count down to the second when the day ends and run out the door however if you leave at 4:59 and someone catches you there is a good chance you will be fired.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
