Pros

The commission structure was one of the only reasons to suffer through the Cons, but management has recently screwed us after that too. (Not informing us until maybe 5 months later)

Cons

Create legal contracts with employees and then break them. Agree with others "cult-like" environment description. I am honest and hardworking and don't give up easily. However, this place will more than likely break even the strongest person. I regularly have coworkers crying at my desk for same reasons, one very sweet and hardworking peer said you need to be on "suicide watch" when working here. In short, management expects you to perform miracles which is fine and dandy but does not provide the tools necessary to accomplish goals or the guidance. When you are in need, no one is to be found.. The company implemented a routine where other departments need to acknowledge and compliment one another each week because fights used to break out in the parking lot. Nobody wants to help each other here. Not to mention they do find ways to remove some of the negative comments from review websites..

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
