Pros

The passion the owner/CEO feels and delivers every day is contagious and makes my daily contribution feel like it matters constantly. The charitable focus and emphasis on others - curing pancreatic cancer, Friday team member charities, etc. - really allow you to realize greater goals. The on site gym and sponsored sports activities drive a very health-minded team-oriented environment. There is a great mix of people here with most really getting into their team's success. Having a subway stop right next to the building is a huge perk. The future of our products and therefore our jobs looks very strong.

Cons

The team focus can cause siloes and some contention between groups - from a Sales point of view this usually leads to a better end result but not without some tension. The Quincy location adds to the commute of Boston and North Shore based employees but is a top perk for South Shore folks. They have made great strides but parking can still be an issue.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
