Pros

Pros- easy to switch departments if you want to try a different role, company-wide bonuses (at an attempt to make up for how low-paying they are), contests here and there for paid days off (usually holidays most companies give you off already anyways)

Cons

Absolute minimum holidays off. ZERO work-life balance. 8-5 with 12-1 being lunch with zero flexibility at all. Need to leave early for a doctors appointment and want to work an hour through your lunch so you can leave an hour early? Nope. That will charge you PTO. Management is absolutely terrible. The most terrible leaders I have ever seen in a company. Greedy, selfish, liars...a few words I would use to describe them. I was piled on with much work as possible everyday and then some. Stressful and unenjoyable and life consuming, absolute painful place to work

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
