Pros
The staff at the local branch in Ephrata is awesome. Tony, the manager, knows his stuff and is great to work with, as is the rest of the team.
Cons
The ownership has no clue how to sell in a market anywhere close to the Mason Dixon line, and they refuse to listen to anyone who does. They expect product to sell in a market where nobody wants it. They are trying to sell Yugos to people who want BMW's. If they don't get a clue soon, the branch will not survive.
