Very outgoing and happy people to work with. Most people look forward to going to work and enjoy trying to make their clients happy. Benefits are very good for the size of the company and pay is also substantial. Beautiful city to be based out of which allows for employee to enjoy the benefits of city life. Some of the brightest people brought together here.
Cons
Granicus is a very inviting company with high hopes of taking over all of the video streaming of government meetings. This high growth potential leads for thought that there is room for advancement but there is little to none. Because of recent government cutbacks and management's inability to properly assess their talent they have lost many people that were extremely bright and intelligent but kept those that kept close with upper management. The sloppy management based on favoritism is definitely going to hold them back in the short term and hurt their product.
