The company is failing and will most likely be bankrupt within the next few years. The executives are very rude and are not capable of running a company. They do not understand the fundamentals of business (which is one of the reasons why they are failing). My last day of my internship the person that was my manager didn't even know my name. I did learn a lot from my internship. Most of the lessons I learned did not come from management, but lessons on how not to run a company.
