Lack of disrespect for employees - Anonymous employee Grandover Resort Employee Review

There was a clear lack of respect for employees by every manager I worked with. After they merged with Wyndam we were told multiple times that despite the extra work we would all be putting in, there would be no benefits for us, just the hotel. Any complaint brought to management was taken and discarded, no matter how often it was brought to their attention. Many white workers were able to get away with things that screwed over coworkers, but employees of color were nagged about every little perceived wrongdoing.
