Pros
- Flexible PTO and work from home (Con - hardly any time to take advantage of PTO)
- Very cool and unique events, so there is never a dull moment.
- People are nice
Cons
- CULTURE: "Work hard, party harder" doesn't work for most people. Especially on weeknights staying out past midnight. It is a drinking culture first and foremost.
- Pay is below average. No OT, either.
- Speaking of no OT, I've pulled all-nighters on-site for activations with no extra compensation. I've slept at the office. And when I would catch the redeye home from an event, I was still expected to show up to work, on time, with minimal sleep. I don't mind putting in a few extra hours, but when I'm working 80+ hours in a week on an event, setting/cleaning up and managing activations from dusk til... dusk, I want some compensation for my time, and to not be shamed for needing to catch up on sleep the next day and coming in late.
