Pros
The staff that works at Grand View cannot compare to other hospitals. Ratios aren’t the worst when you actually have staff.
Cons
God awful charting system (Meditech). Most often don’t have the staff needed to achieve appropriate ratios. Aides get pulled off the unit almost every night (if you even have one). Haven’t had a raise in > 1 year despite increasing work responsibilities. Hospital is getting too much attention for its small size.
