What it all comes down to is, the people in the office are simpleton's and have attiudes unless they need something from you. The pay is garbage for what you're doing and what you sacrifice for being away from home. The schedules are not set in stone so you'll end up being asked to go to different boats to fill in, and also be asked to come back early. This company will hire anyone with a pulse and being so, I'd only recommend using them as a stepping stone for sea days and pilotage.
