Lack of respect - Server/Waiter Grand Restaurant Group Employee Review

I serve at a fine establishment part-time and paid well.

there are no cons, very flexible hours

Pay was ok I guess

Company doesnt value staff. Every time I had to let go of someone they would mail them there checks as opposed to handing it over preventing them from cashing their checks that day.
