I am an executive chef for 25 years experience in the industry. I have experience operating multiunit facilities, managing Large groups of team members, product procurement, P&L, labor and food cost, menu development and all aspects of operations

There are times in the industry when I become frustrated because I am impatient.

Pay was ok I guess

Company doesnt value staff. Every time I had to let go of someone they would mail them there checks as opposed to handing it over preventing them from cashing their checks that day.
