It's a small family owned business so on this position there are tons of opportunities to interact with the top guys ( like two or three people) who actually run the business. You can learn a lot from them. Its great for those who is just fresh out of college
Cons
Not much. If i wasnt offer an great better career opportunity, I would stay there for quite a period of time.
