Pros

The smaller staff allows easier and more efficien interdepartmental communication. Management is supportive and allows a certain amount of autonomy as long as work is being done.

Cons

The training could have been better, but the entire staff was excellent at communicating needs and preferences without making me feel like a dolt.

Pros

Grand Bank is a high performing, efficient company based on high standards, honesty and wholesome values. It promotes team input and promotes a positive culture throughout.

Cons

The only con I’ve witnesseed is in the case that a new employee promotes their skills above their eventual performance. Grand Bank wants the right people with the right knowledge in each position and will adjust accordingly for the good of the company.

Pros

>> Good Coworkers. I've never seen this work environment. Workers mostly nice and friendly. >> Opportunity to learn. You will learn 3 yrs experience in a year. >> Snack Bar. You can have any breads, snacks, drinks and coffees you want. It is food warehouse. >> Free Lunch. Saves your money. >> No over time, which is really good.

Cons

>> Korean community, Korean culture, Korean style. >>Parking Lot. Every in the morning, there is a war for having parking spots. if you lose, you need to find 10 minutes away street parking. >>Too much work, work, work, work and work. There is a dilemma b/w work and work hour. If you grab regular work hour you must fail in your work.
