Pay was not enough for my living style

Trains employees and does "invest" a bit more than our properties previous owners. Commission is nice.

This company does not care about its employees or residents. For the employees the work load is enormous, especially maintenance. Simple work orders take weeks to get done because they are so under staffed. More serious work orders take months, and months. The contractors they hire are terrible, all the new roofs put on leak, continuously still. They do not want to put any money into improving or at least maintaining properties but they want top dollar for rent. It is very sad to watch a property that you love and have worked at for years deteriorate to worse and worse conditions but still charge rent similar to luxury housing when in all reality it is little better than a C- property.
