      Small family owned company. Senior management approaches each employee's concerns on a personal level. Management is very flexible, understanding. Good working atmosphere. Excellent retention and employee longevity.

      Cons

      Senior management attempts to over-control and micro-manage every single function and process. Makes no allowance for individual initiative even when results are clearly positive.
