      Nothing is good to this company.

      Cons

      By far the worst company I've worked for. The New Zealand manager and technician are rude, while Filipino managers ignore their own rules, shift workloads onto others, and take the credit—unprofessional and arrogant. Roles constantly change, extra tasks are added with no pay increase, and you're pressured to sign revised contracts only to face termination. The processes are disorganized, QA lacks proper knowledge, and your trainer also acts as QA. The low salary doesn’t justify the overwhelming stress and anxiety. Avoid this company at all costs.

      Culture is something to consider, especially since work environment matters when working closely with fellow. There’s a strong emphasis on accountability, which sometimes comes across as needing to constantly prove your work/value/contribution. In some meetings, discussions may include comments about team members who aren’t present, which can affect the overall sense of comfort + it's discouraging.
