      Pros

      All coworkers are very close and we're benefitted by not having any bad apples in the group. Everyone is passionate about their projects and enjoys working in tech. Each person is a savvy problem solver and brings something different to the table. I really enjoy my job at Gramercy.

      During busy periods, we sometimes work very long hours
