- Flexible PTO, but don’t use too much or you’ll be fired.
Cons
- The executives will call the entire team idiots, morons, and treat you as you are totally incapable of making any decision on your own. - They fire anyone who values transparency and team morale - They are numbers oriented and only care about what you produce rather than your wellbeing. They set goals way above what any team can handle. - The CEO will more than likely try to assault you and hold that against your employment opportunity (happened various times to many of my colleagues) - If you don’t far exceed your goal, they will openly belittle you, degrade you, and give you no sense of where to improve - They tout about how they look inward for improvements and then blame performance on anything but themselves - They will consistently short your pay on both your base salary and commission and fabricate blatant lies as to why they do so. - If they want you fired, they will simply mock up information to go against your case so that they can fire you.
