      Pros

      Wonderful business model. Can make real change if they meet their goals. There are really smart good people there (just not the majority).

      Cons

      Zero benefits and pay is sub-sub-standard. Openly racist management. Development team completely cut off from executive layer. Not a lot of experience on the team as they optimize their teams based on cost.

      Pros

      Great executive leadership. I feel valued and know the role I play in the growth and success of the company. Transparency. Entrepreneurial energy.

      Cons

      Working for a startup is not for the faint of heart. But the rewards can be bountiful. And by rewards, I don’t just mean monetary. The experience you gain is so very valuable. As a woman of color, I have never felt out of place or under appreciated.

      So many direction for the product road map, none of them seem to be backed by any empirical evidence of product success.
