Engineers are encouraged to spend time researching solutions to difficult/complex problems, rather than bunch research and development into a single ticket in some cases. There's also a few designated days a month you are allowed to research any topic (related or unrelated to the company) that interests you no-frills on your own. -Company Lunches -Flexible Schedule, Relaxed Office

- Leadership is not transparent on company goals and plans - Job stability does not exist, despite continual promises by leadership - Leadership is not open-minded to ideas from others and only uses their personal relationships/people for most contracted positions - Overall lack of interest to make any steps to improve the company experience - Leadership has displayed negativity towards employees who choose, or are asked, to leave the company - Culture does not honor work/life balance (ie. leaders will request items on a holidays or weekends) - Lack of diversity among company employees - Leadership has little interest in understanding company's customer base of farmers and has voiced negative opinions/stereotypes about customer base - Majority of employees (prior to new CEO) are no longer with the company, therefore there is a large lack of knowledge of legacy company product - Leadership has been known to speak poorly about employees regarding non-performance related items - Leadership overspends on items not relevant to company size and needs - Due to continual personnel changes, employees are overworked and feel uneasy about their own positions - Do not consider working here!
