Pros

- Schedule flexibility - Generous benefits and Time Off options - Strong focus on work/life balance - Reasonable work expectations - Freedom to explore knowledge base and advance personal knowledge - Frequent Training and Informative updates - Transparency - A genuine sense of fellowship from top to bottom

Cons

Since Grain Technology is still a start-up the team and it's functions are in a constant state of change, which isn't necessarily a Con, but often results in customer frustration and confusion. As a branch off of that point, the focus on growth can sometimes neglect existing issues (especially with app functionality) instead of focusing on rolling out a polished product first before working on advancement.

We're so glad there are so many Pros and especially that they're Pros we were very intentional about before we had any employees! Being in a constant state of change is just how this build mode is! We very much look forward to the next phase of Grain and hope you'll be there along for the ride. Thank you so much for taking the time to rate and review us so thoughtfully. We are lucky to have you.

Pros

Lower management and staff are great to work with. Usually around smart coworkers

Cons

Upper management uses the point you're closer to your high salary to remove you as a company layoff. Mainly they aren't wishing to pay you anymore and need a reason to let you go. The reason I state that it a company that's good for a stepping stone. You're never be here long enough to call it a career. Unless you're good with multiple people in upper management. Company is too dependent on their bank partners and unable to invest in themselves. Too many hands in the pot causing all kinds of errors and internal problems that effect their customers and internal low level employees.
