Cons
Since Grain Technology is still a start-up the team and it's functions are in a constant state of change, which isn't necessarily a Con, but often results in customer frustration and confusion.
As a branch off of that point, the focus on growth can sometimes neglect existing issues (especially with app functionality) instead of focusing on rolling out a polished product first before working on advancement.
