Pros
Nice offices. They never once told me how/what to trade, and ramped up capital very quickly
Cons
Payouts are low and then they will cheat you on your percentages because of some reason you never knew about. They are very disingenuous when it comes to paying. The drawdown limits are fantasy, they are never respected - you will always be fired before getting anywhere close to the stated limits. They hire are lot of mediocre traders that don't leave because they have nowhere else to work; and then they fire them. Working at Graham damaged my career despite some good 'Pros'
